some teachers those who availed transfers in 2013, but not relieved due to zero school, however they neither relieved in april (last working day) nor in june (re opening day),
when they are going to be relieved to their transfered places.........

Commentary :
confinement means the act of confining or the state of being confined,
There is no word that prescribes delivery should have been taken place
So, maternity leave may be sanctioned from the date prior to the date of delivery but on the certificate from a medical officer.
