I request you clarify these questions.

1) If a pensioner dies, family pension to the deceased wife gets pension on what basis? Whether she will get full pension?
2) Or she will get 50% of the Pay?

-->UPADHYAYAVANI Reply: Service pension will be continued to be paid to Family Pensioner till the pensioner attained 65 years of age, had he been alive;After that she get Normal Family pension i.e., 30% of the pay.
