Respected Sir,

PRAN/CPS teachers are in my mandal has not been receiving ant msgs belongs to their accounts. They received previously. some teachers are receiving but they foound the amount is lesser than previous shown amount . Many teachers are asking this doubt during membership campaign. we gave the PRAN Toll free no.1800222080. There isno response from that no. Sir whom do we contact? we searched the NSDL web also. there is no option to find balance. Insome mandals in my nalgonda dt STO S are issuing consolidated annual slips to PRAN holders? Is there possibility?PLZ Reply sir.

1)Does maternity leave counts from date of delivery only or can i take it before 15 days and compensate the same,How will this 15 days treated as ML or EL.
2)I heared increment will not be added during ML,My increment date is on 6/8/14 if i go for Maternity leave after 6th (15days before the date of delivery)will my increment be included or need to work for the whole month.Pls clarify

Commentary :
confinement means the act of confining or the state of being confined,
There is no word that prescribes delivery should have been taken place
So, maternity leave may be sanctioned from the date prior to the date of delivery but on the certificate from a medical officer.
(2) As per G.O Ms NO: 133 Fin & Plg Dept, Dtd:13/05/1974 your increment date is on 01/08/2014 and not 06/08/2014. Hence you can applly for maternity leave from 6th August and still receive the benefit of incrment benefit

Dear Sir,
I have been working as School Assistant (BS) in zpphs, vella EGDt, since january 2009.
I was appointed as SGT in July 1995 and got promotion as S.A(BS) in 2009 without taking 12 years Scale. My junior got promotion after taking 12 years scale. He was a step ahead of my scale. I made step up with him in 2010.
Now another junior of same DSC got promotion as S.A(BS) after taking 18 years scale. Now he is one stage ahead of me. Now I request you to clarify whether I am eligible to step up with him or not? Is the Second step in the service allowed or not?

Who should certify the distance certificate of habitation( School Area) from muncipality limit which is below 8 k.m. We asked for R&B department. They asked to submit the relevant G.O.then only it is possible to give distance certificate. Hence kindly mention the G.O. pertaining to it. and What is the procedure to change HRA category.

Sir I am in aided service . I joined in school in 1984 . I was absorbed into aided service in 1993.as per g.o in 2005 is it compulsory to step down my service. And my name was proposed to promoted as hm and it was stopped as I did not pass eot and got tests.this happen in Aug 2013 .I cleared these exams in Nov 2013.am I eligible for promotion. I am working in missionary school .My retirement date is June 2017.please give me reply sir .thank you sir.
