Sir,i want to know what benifits a retired govt teacher who is appointed after 2006 will get after his superannuation.Are we eligible for gratutity and other benefits,right now we come under CPS Scheme will they give us the amount in lumpsum or will they give us pension.PL. CLARIFY

-->UPADHYAYAVANI Reply: No Gratuity will be paid. However a government employee mandatorily covered under NPS, on retirement on superannuation, can withdraw 60% of the amount standing at his credit. The remaining 40 % of the amount will be invested in an Insurance company identified by IRDA which will in turn be paid as pension till he/she attains the age of 70years

Please sir clear my doubt that was posted to u on June 6 2014. Sir I am not member of any union .by luck I came in contact with this website . I am so impressed with your answers. I thought I will get answer from u.I am working in missionary school since 1984. I joined in aided post as s.a bio in1993. In my school hm post is vacant .as a senior teacher I am eligible for to that post .this promotion came into picture in Aug 2013.but I did not pass e.o.t and g.o.t tests.but I cleared these tests in Nov.2014. Am I eligible for promotion .I am going to retire on June 2017. If I get promotion isit benefit to me. Sorry sir for disturbing u. Thank u once again.

Dear Sir,
I am a school assitant teacher in Bio-Science appointed through DSC-2006 in Madhumalancha High School, Bodhan. My methodologies in B.Ed were Bio-Science and English and I did my P.G in Chemistry. In order to make my self eligible for PGT chemistry I've applied for additional methodology in Physical Science in 2014 at CITE, OU Hyderabad. I was given admission and has attended the one month contact programme from May 1st to May 30th. I've also attended the 5 days teaching practice at Nehru High school, secunderabad from 1/07/2014 to 5/07/2014 at the expense of my Casual Leaves. Can you please tell me if there is any provision where I may be granted study leave for the above mentioned dates instead of C.L's as well as for the final lesson and theory exam which is scheduled in the month of september 2014? I'd really appreciate your efforts if you could guide me through this.

Respected sir,

In my mandal an unmarried lady teacher hasbeen living with Married teacher. Now she is pregnant. She is asking MEO to sanction Maternity leave. He is hesitating. She submitted the self declaration about her marriage. She just mentioned that they married in temple and shown Photo.Earlier she hasn"t mentioned her husband name in CFMS data.But the male teacher mentioned his first wife name(not this lady teacher} in that data.He has n't submitted any proofs about his separation with his first wife. Now can MEO sanction Maternity leave? if accept/reject on what reasons? What to do the MEO? PLZ reply.
