sir I joined service as SGT IN 08-07-1983.In the same cadre I took special promotion scales for 8 years,16 years,and 24 years.I got S.A promotion in 19-02-2009.now I have completed 6 years in S.A cadre.Now am I eligible to get 6 years special scale?

why model school teachers have no C.p.s facility?The teachers are recruited through direct recruitment but so many facilities are not provided to teachers.like * * * ,health cards , cps facility ,leaves etc.is there any chance to provide model teachers with C.p.s facility ?we need STU HELP.PLEASE PROTECT OUR FAMILY FUTURE.
