Hallo sir, I was selected in D.S.C.94, and joined duty as on 26.06.1995 as SGT.I was sanctioned 8 years scale on 23-06-2003. I got promotion as SA(BS)on 03-02-2009.Later my junior after taking 12 years scale he got promotion in 2010.There was one increment difference between our Basic pay. The difference was removed by step up with my junior.
Recently in 2013 another junior got promotion after taking 18 years scale. Now there is difference between our Basic pay(Senior Basic pay as on 01-06-2014 Rs 19580/-,junior basic pay as on 01-06-2014 Rs 20110/-) May use another step up to remove this difference of our basic pays. Now apply for second step up our HM sent bill to sto. But he is objecting this step up .please give clarification.He tells only one step up for total service Is this correct?

Group Insurance Scheme Final claims of Rtd Teachers are directly submitted to Treasuries without pre audit of LF audit dept. When lift the pre audit on GIS final claims of P.R. iam appointed as an sgt on 13-11-2000 promoted as sa eng on 3-3-2006.
another teacher appointed as sa eng on 27-11-2007
he reached 18030 in nov-2013.
i got 18030 in march-2014.
being a junior he is drawing more pay than that of me,.
am i eligible to get my increment preponment in the month of november.
please answer me in detail. and also convey me all the requirements to be fulfilled to get preponment.

I RELIEVED FROM TEACHER POST BY APPLYING RESIGNATION AND JOINED AS INSPECTOR IN COIMBATTORE .
AS PER GOMS NO 22 dated 22.01.2013 TEACHERS ELIGIBLE FOR CPS ARREARES .
MEO GOKAVARAM ON THE TIME OF MY RELIEF FROM THE MANDAL DID NOT SEND ANY BILL TO MEO GOKAVARAM I DONT KNOW NUCH ABOUT THAT.
