Is HPL commuted to full pay applicable for Medical Leave only? Or we can use for leave on personal grounds also? I am an Secondary Grade Teacher,working at Tirupati rural, with 16 years of service. Till now I utilised 15 days of HPL on Medical Grounds,and applied HPL for 53 days on personal Grounds,
May I get full salary for leave period after joining? Please reply me as early as possible.
