Respected Sir,
In our High School Our SA ( HINDI ) had not passed Language Test as she studied HINDI as Second language in Intermediate. But Passed EO & GO Departmental Tests. But Our HM awarded 12 years scale 18030-40510 as she crossed 50 years of age. was it right ? Auditor objecting that she is NOT eligible for 12 years scale without Language test.Please clarify me the doubt. If she is NOT eligible what can we do? I mean, Is She repay the amount back ?

In my mandal one of my colleague he was completed his 12years service and he awarded AAS 12 years scale in S.G.T cadre. He has been getting higher class dealing allowance. now after getting AAS 12 years scale is he elegeble to get that allowance. plz clarify it sir.

i am appointed in nov 1997 as sgt and got promoted as SA in 2009,my pay is fixed in 2010 * * * (12/2008) 14050 to (01/2009) 14860 and opted for increment date(nov2010).now 10/2014 my basic is 17050 is this fixation correct ?????
