sir, my question is
1.IS the degree studied in distance/ private mode is accepted if a govt teacher who did INSERVICE TTC Course also during the same period (during the period of degree INSERVICE TTC is also studied simultaneously)?.

2. similarly the degree studied in a regular stream (ie.in the college) by a govt. teacher is accepted if he studied INSERVICE TTC COURSE also during the same period (during the period of degree INSERVICE TTC is also studied simultaneously)?.
I also request you please give me the related G.Os if any?.

Sir, Im appointed as sgt in 1994 dsc joined duty on 1.7.95,took spl gr and got sa bs promotion on 4.2.2009 (without geting 12yrs scale)-my junior(by merit * * * roster point) same dsc joined duty on 17.61995. Took 8yrs,12yrs&18yrs scale(17.6.2013) &got promoted sa bs on 30.11.2013.now my pay is 19050 and his pay is 20110 .he is two increments ahead than me .my stepup claim objected by pre audit at dist treasury vzm,stating that"senior teacher is being drawn less than or equal to that the pay of the junior from time to time in the lower category.hence steppingup of pay on par with the junior is contrary to the condition (c) in of govt circular memo no.33327-A/549/A1/PC-I/2009 dt 13.03.2010. Hence the proceedingg of stepping up are not in order." Actually vide go no 93 of steppingup and above said memo's condition (c) states that the pay of the junior in the lower category should havebeen less than or equal to that of the senior in the lower category prior to promotion
